Our bonus program - ProtectedPoints



As a loyal customer, you will be rewarded at Protected.de. With every purchase at Protected.de you receive ProtectedPoints, our loyalty points; these are worth real money because they can be deducted from the next purchase, among other things.

How to score

With every purchase on Protected.de, you will be credited with ProtectedPoints based on the purchase value. You receive 1 ProtectedPoint for every 1 euro you spend. The ProtectedPoints will be credited to your user account after you have placed your order. 

Redeem ProtectedPoints

ProtectedPoints can be redeemed directly with the next purchase. At checkout you will find a field where you can enter how many ProtectedPoints you would like to be credited for your purchase. The exchange ratio of ProtectedPoints to Euro is 100:1. That means 100 points = 1 euro. Please confirm your selection by clicking on the "Redeem" button. Please note that ProtectedPoints cannot be accumulated with other vouchers.

If you find after placing your order that you have failed to redeem your ProtectedPoints, we can

not change anything afterwards. The points program runs completely automatically in the shop. We ask for your understanding.
