1. How does our on-line contract conclusion work?
When you have found a product in our webshop that meets your requirements, click on the "Add to shopping cart" button. The article will then be placed in your shopping cart and the contents of the shopping cart will be displayed in a so-called slide-out shopping cart.
By clicking on the cross at the top left, you can return to the shop to select further products. By clicking on the two buttons you can either go directly to the checkout or to the shopping cart page. If the slide-out shopping cart is closed, you can access the shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart link (always at the top right).
After clicking the button "Edit shopping cart", the shopping cart opens. Here you can change the product order quantities and remove items from the shopping cart.
Under the article list you can also enter an article number, which you may already know from previous orders, and add your order accordingly by clicking on the "Add" button.
If you have a voucher code, you can enter it in the next field and confirm it by clicking on the "Redeem" button. If the verification of the voucher code is successful, you will receive a corresponding message.
After clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button, a page opens where you can log in as a registered customer or register with us as a customer for future orders. To do this, you can enter your personal data (first name, last name, email address and address as well as contact details) in the form. You must also assign a personal password with which you can log into your customer account in the future. Then you create a customer account by clicking on “Continue”.
The last overview page of your order will then open.
Please check your billing address and delivery address in the two boxes here and change them if necessary.
